New Pictures

We had a bunch of pictures from September and October to upload from our camera to the computer. Two days ago we checked the camera and it looks like Rachel deleted them all, because all that we found was this picture. So here are a few from the last couple of days.

More Pictures

First day of kindergarten.

They slept like this most of the way home from Idaho. If Asher woke up before Rachel he would lay there and kick her in the head.

July

Well, three weeks goes by way too quickly.

We've had family visiting for the past two weeks, it's been a lot of fun to have them here.

Asher is growing well, he's begun to twist himself around in the bed. We lay him out straight and after half an hour he is usually sideways like this.

Rachel loves having Asher, she always wants to help Jonice feed him and get him ready for bed. She also loves to take pictures of him, but they usually end up blurry or only catching half his face. Here are a couple of good ones she took - they were only upside down.

Asher has also started sucking his thumb and fingers. The other day I came in and caught him like this. That's four fingers from his right hand and his left thumb in his mouth.

Teaching him how to use his battle axe.

Rachel loves tickling him, and he laughs like crazy.

Here are a couple of videos of him.

We are only four days into July, and we've already been busy.

Hannah, Asher's birthmom came out to visit a couple of days ago, she spent a few hours with us and Asher. We really enjoyed her visit.

Rachel has enjoyed having so many friends around over the last few weeks, she's really gotten a chance to show off.

She also really loves to be a big sister to Asher, she always wants to hold him and loves to cuddle with him in her bed.

We went down to the Gateway Arch in downtown St. Louis for the 4th of July fireworks on Saturday. We spent most of the day there by the Mississippi River and had a lot of fun with friends.

The firefighters were out spraying down kids and a bunch of the local attractions like the zoo had booths where the kids could go and do free little activities like making the hats Rachel and the other girls are wearing.

Asher gets serious when you try to take away his food.

There was an airshow, which Asher did not like, but it was pretty cool. They had a bunch of old fighter jets and the only privately owned Harrier Fighter Jet in the world. The Harrier does a vertical take off, and while it was there it did a slow rotation pattern where it hovered like a helicopter.

These guys put on a pretty cool show.

Asher chillin' like a villain.
